Your Role

With the aim of bringing our sales growth to next level, we are scaling a team of Inbound Sales Development Representatives, that will be qualifying and nurturing new business opportunities for the Sales Team. As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you will be identifying high potential leads, closing entry level deals and most importantly – generating pipeline. In this process you will learn and optimize the art of ‘inbound qualification’, developing your sales skills and using your experience to drive Kontakt.io’s growth. You will be part of of a highly dedicated and hungry inbound unit, with fast career development based on performance. Responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the Sales Development Lead to optimize emails, pitches and qualification processes
  • Guiding inbound leads towards the best solution for their needs
  • Managing and nurturing prospects from initial interest through to qualified opportunities
  • Closing small value deals and creating high value deal pipeline for Account Executives
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly quotas of qualified opportunities generated

This job is part of a 12-18 month sales development program. During this period you master B2B tech sales development and receive internal and external trainings as well as have the chance to experience high-level executive sales meetings. If successful you get the chance to move to an Account Executive role.

Qualifications

First: A Hustler. Difficult, high pressure environments are your forte. Your mindset: targets are not to be achieved but exceeded. Rejection? That’s a learning tool to develop. You don’t need to be told to do something, you simply do it. Passion to grow and realise your goals are the essence of your motivation.

 

Second: A Closer. Connecting with people of all seniority levels comes naturally. Persuasiveness is built into your character. You know what to say ‘on the spot’ without thinking twice. Matching customers pain points with what you’re selling? You can do that in an instant. Ability to build and nurture relationships is your strong suit.

 

Further Qualifications:

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills & organisational discipline are a must
  • University BA/BSc degree
  • Relevant inbound sales experience and a true sales mindset
  • Must be able to grasp and communicate about technology products
  • Fluent written and spoken English is a must. Fluent knowledge of any additional language – Spanish, Italian, German, French, etc. would be a big advantage
