Isobel Handler is Senior Director, Product Management at Kontakt.io, where she leads product strategy for the company’s healthcare orchestration platform. Before Kontakt.io, Isobel spent several years at UCHealth as Vice President of Outcomes and Operational Intelligence, where she built the analytics strategy across clinical, operational, and experience domains – including ambulatory access, inpatient flow, and COVID response – establishing a shared metrics governance and source of truth that aligned priorities across the organization. Isobel holds a Master of Health Administration and an MBA from Cornell University and a B.A. from Wellesley College.
