Your Role

With the aim of bringing our sales growth to next level, we are opening Sales Development Representative role. As part of Sales Team you will be qualifying and nurturing new business opportunities, identifying high potential leads, closing entry level deals and most importantly – generating pipeline. In this process, you will learn and optimize the art of ‘opportunity qualification’, developing your sales skills and using your experience to drive Kontakt.io’s growth.

  • Working closely with the Sales Executives to optimize emails, pitches and qualification processes
  • Guiding inbound and outbound leads towards the best solution for their needs
  • Researching and building new accounts (i.e. finding target accounts and contact information)
  • Developing highly relevant pitches and messages based on account profiles
  • Cold call, Email and LinkedIn outreach
  • Managing and nurturing prospects from initial interest through to qualified opportunities
  • Closing small value deals and creating high value deal pipeline for Account Executives
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly quotas of qualified opportunities generated

This job is part of a 12-18 month sales development program. During this period you master B2B tech sales development and receive internal and external trainings as well as have the chance to experience high-level executive sales meetings. If successful you get the chance to move to an Account Executive role.

Matching customers pain points with what you’re selling? You can do that in an instant. Ability to build and nurture relationships is your strong suit.


Further Qualifications:

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills & organisational discipline are a must
  • University BA/BSc degree
  • Relevant sales experience and a true sales mindset
  • Must be able to grasp and communicate about technology products
  • Fluent written and spoken English is a must.
