Your Role

With the aim of expanding our top-of-the-funnel activities and impact, we are looking for a Marketing & Community Manager to join our performance-driven marketing team. In your role, you’ll be responsible for growing our presence in earned and the social part of owned media to increase our web traffic and fill our funnel with prospective visitors. You will create irresistible content, pitch it to other blogs and media outlets, distribute our content across online platforms, and make sure it is visible in search engines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Growing our organic and referral traffic by writing and publishing guest posts, press releases, interviews, and other content on external sites and channels with backlinks to the Kontakt.io content
  • Managing content distribution to online channels and growing Kontakt.io’s presence, community, and social traffic by developing a social media strategy and managing Kontakt.io social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Building systems and best practices to ensure that all content is optimal for SEO
  • Contributing to on-site content creation by supporting our Content Manager in daily activities and bigger content-based projects
  • Developing relationships with media, partners, customers, and thought leaders to gain use cases, success stories, backlinks, and mentions
  • Reporting on all undertaken activities along with their results

Qualifications

You love working on numbers, analytics is your second name. You aren’t afraid of experimenting and are able to quickly verify and optimize results. There’s no result that couldn’t be improved, and you know exactly how to do it and are ready to commit to improving it.

Further qualifications:

  • Must have experience in B2B marketing
  • Proven work experience as a Content manager, Community manager, or Digital marketing manager
  • Have a thorough knowledge of search ranking factors and critical updates, familiar with modern SEO tactics
  • Quick learner, must be able to grasp and communicate about technology products
  • Familiar with social scheduling and content management tools, proficient in Google Analytics
  • Excellent writing skills in English—native or native-like English is a must
  • Experience managing paid campaigns would be a plus
  • Familiar with the inbound methodology
