Your Role

  • Achieve and exceed sales quota through identifying, qualifying, and closing business
  • Manage complete sales-cycles, presenting Kontakt.io’s USPs to C-level executives
  • Drive upsell opportunities into Kontakt.io’s existing client base in your territory
  • Establish trusted relationships with clients through consultative sales approach
  • Build market sector knowledge/intelligence and become a trusted advisor to your clients
  • Evangelize how Kontakt.io’s evolving product line solves complex business problems
  • Work with Sales Development and Customer Success to manage the entire customer journey
  • Properly document and track all prospect and customer information in the CRM

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • 2+ years of quota carrying software or technology solution sales and account management experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 5-10% of a company) in past positions
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles – demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape and a willingness to embrace disruptive, fast paced technology companies
  • Strong and demonstrated written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Experience working with CRM
  • Energetic and outgoing personality, excited at an opportunity to build a company
  • Languages: fluent English speaker
  • Availability to travel: 10%
